In order to guarantee a professional service and proper appointment management, the following cancellation and refund policy is established, applicable to all therapeutic massage, naturopathy and natural wellness services:

1. Appointment modifications and cancellations

• Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours' notice .

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours ' notice, as well as non-attendance , will result in the full charge of the reserved service .

• If the appointment is part of a voucher or package, it will be considered used .

2. Customer delays

• Delays do not extend the session duration and do not change the service fee, in order to respect the schedule of other customers.

3. Cancellation by the therapist

• In the event of cancellation by the therapist, the client may choose a new appointment at no additional cost or a full refund of the amount paid .

4. Prepaid vouchers and services

• The vouchers and prepaid sessions are valid for six (3) months from the date of purchase.

• No refunds are allowed once the voucher has been used, except in cases of force majeure.

5. Exceptions

• Exceptions will be considered in situations of illness , family emergencies or other duly justified cases, provided that they are communicated as far in advance as possible.

This policy aims to ensure orderly operation and quality service based on respect and shared responsibility.
