My story: a journey of health and discovery

At 23, after years of intense gym training, I began to experience constant back pain.
Excessive exercise and poor training technique led to injuries that, at the time, I didn't know how to handle. That's when I started researching manual therapies.
This quest led me to study and train in various therapeutic massage techniques, such as therapeutic massage, sports massage, and postural therapy, among others. As I continued to learn more about the human body, I gained a better understanding not only of the causes of my own pain but also of how the body and mind are connected. This experience allowed me to alleviate my physical problems and gain a deeper understanding of how to treat and prevent injuries.
However, all this knowledge still didn't add up; I felt that something was missing, and it wasn't until I was 30 that I really began to face a true health crisis.
After a period marked by extreme stress, overwork, and unhealthy lifestyle habits, my body began to deteriorate internally. I started feeling depressed and lethargic, suffered from recurring throat infections, skin problems, and excessive gas. However, it wasn't until years later that I was diagnosed with chronic gastritis with a stomach infection, accompanied for a long time by nausea, digestive discomfort, and continuous physical pain so intense that it was almost impossible for me to move easily, despite putting everything I had learned into practice.
This stage of my life forced me to stop completely. It was a turning point, as I realized that something deeper was affecting my health. It was at that moment that I discovered Psychoneuroimmunology, a discipline that studies the interaction between the mind, the nervous system, and the immune system. This allowed me to see the direct connection between my emotional problems, my dysfunctional lifestyle habits, my poor diet, stress, and the physical ailments I was experiencing.
This discipline offered me a new perspective, and that's when everything started to make sense. Psychoneuroimmunology helped me understand how my daily thoughts, emotions, and behaviors were influencing my physical health. I learned to restore balance between my body and mind, and my well-being began to improve remarkably.
It was this personal experience that inspired me to delve even deeper into Psychoneuroimmunology and apply it in my professional practice to help other people heal holistically.
Today, my mission is to use everything I've learned to support others on their own healing journey. I understand what it means to go through health challenges, and my experience has given me the tools to guide those seeking to improve their physical and emotional well-being.
My approach is always holistic, helping each person find the balance they need to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
