Hello, I'm Juan Carlos Herrera , a naturopath specializing in Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) and the study of the gut microbiota . These fields allow me to understand how your emotions, immune system, hormones, and digestive health are interconnected. My approach is always safe, respectful, and based, whenever possible, on current knowledge and available evidence.

My passion is to support people who want to improve their well-being from a natural and holistic approach, understanding the body as a connected system where the gut and nervous system play an essential role.
